The Ancient Paths - Episode 40: Interview with Affirmation

This is the fortieth episode of the Ancient Paths television program, hosted by Pastor Jason Wallace. In this episode Pastor Wallace has a discussion with the co-founders of Affirmation, a pro-homosexual Mormon organization. Pastor Wallace questions them as to how anybody can understand the Bible to teach that homosexual behavior is anything other than a sin. The program airs on Wednesday nights at 8:00pm on KTMW-TV20, a station that is available in Utah and parts of surrounding states. The program is hosted by Christ Presbyterian Church of Salt Lake City. This episode aired on 11/12/08.

The issue of why homosexuality is a sin.. is that of being open to God's gift of life. Until 1930 every Christian denomination taught that contraception was sin, intil the Anglicans changed that premise at their 1930 lambeth Conference. Most Protestants followed suit. When you divorce sex fro n openess to God's gift of life you open the door to the sexual revolution of the nineteen sixties and homosexuality.
